CE&C is a Project-centric contractor.  This means our entire organization is structured to support those closest to the project to ensure it is managed most effectively. 

We have an entire team set up to support our Project Managers and Superintendents.   They are specialists in performing those time consuming, error prone tasks traditionally the responsibility of the Project Manager.  This enables the Project Manager to focus on their core responsibility, getting the project completed on time and within budget, so nothing gets dropped and the project stays on schedule.  These "optimized" administrative support practices substantially increase our ability to deliver consistently superior results to all of our projects.  Keeping everyone on task and focused saves our clients money in overhead costs because we can handle more projects, more effectively, with fewer staff.

We make sure every aspect of our organization reflects a high level of professionalism. We believe that planning is the key to being able to do a professional job.  We Don't Like Change Orders!  They mean costly delays and customer dissatisfaction.  That is why our organizational structure was developed to give those responsible for the success of the project the time to develop a well thought out plan.  In addition, they are tested on all aspects of it prior to the start date. This means you can be confident that the project will run smoothly, without the "gotchas" that unfortunately are all too common in this industry.
